Library Fundraiser Information

The Jr. High Library is sponsoring a fundraiser beginning October 17th which will be used to purchase books that our students need to make them successful in school. With the new core curriculum standards, we need addditioal notification books in the areas of science, language, autobiography, and history. If you do not want to participate in the fundraiser, feel free to make a monetary donation for this need.

 

Accelerated Reader

Students and parents may visit the Renaissance Home Connect page in order to check on their current status. Students login with their AR Login and can show parents their reading record, check to see which books they have already read, and look to see if a book they bought or borrowed from another place is on AR.

 

Destiny (Online Card Catalog)

Students can visit Destiny to access the card catalogs for each of the schools in the Giles County system.

 

Online Research Tools

We recommend you use the Nashville Public Library's Limitless Libraries as a starting point for online research. This database has links to a wide variety of high-quality academic sources.
