All students attending RES have the opportunity to develop into well rounded individuals through academic success and social responsibility.
Through research-based information and data gathered from student assessments, parent communication, student expectations, academic success, social responsibility, and communication between staff and stakeholders, the beliefs, mission, and vision are interlinked.
The success of our students requires continuous communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
The expectation of each student is to become an established, productive, contributing member of society.
An initial meeting at the start of the school year with all parents setting the tone for the school year is essential.
External communications should be utilized through the school web page, school reach, homework pages, planners, letters, praise cards to students from teachers, school marquees, local newspapers, surveys, student support meetings, and parent/teacher conferences in order to successfully involve community in the school environment.
Research-based information and assessment data results should be available to staff at all times and should be shared with parents/guardians in order to address each individual student’s needs.
